What is the MedSpa AI Operating System?
An 8-module, plug-and-play kit that installs no-show recovery, Instagram DM lead capture, consult conversion, rebooking, reviews, AI front desk, owner dashboard, and a 14-day install plan. It works with your existing tools (Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, Mindbody, Klaviyo, ManyChat).
Is it software?
No. It's a complete operational layer — templates, scripts, automations, prompts, and dashboards — delivered as a Notion hub, Google Sheets, and Loom videos. You install it in your existing systems.
How long does it take to install?
Most spas are fully live in 7-14 days. The Quick Start gets your no-show recovery flow live in 60 minutes.
Do you offer done-for-you?
No. We sell the system, not the service. The Sprint adds live coaching but you (or your front desk) still does the install work.
What's the refund policy?
14-day refund, no questions asked.
Will updates be included?
Yes. Lifetime updates as Boulevard, Klaviyo, ManyChat, and other platforms evolve.
About the tiers
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($297) includes the 3 highest-leverage modules (No-Show Recovery, Rebook & Retention, Reviews) + 3 bonuses. Pro ($797) includes all 8 modules + all 6 bonuses. Most owners (~70%) buy Pro.
What does the Sprint add?
12 short install videos, 2 live group Q&A calls per month, a private community, and direct DM access to the Sprint coach for 30 days.
What's the Agency White-Label tier?
Includes Pro + commercial license to deploy at unlimited client locations + onboarding kit + reseller commissions. For agencies and freelance ops consultants serving med spas.
Compliance
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
The included Compliance Cheat Sheet covers HIPAA basics, FDA marketing rules, and before/after photo policies. We don't transmit PHI; you control your existing systems.
Does this work in my state?
The system is designed to be compliant nationwide. The Compliance Cheat Sheet flags state-specific rules (CA, TX, NY, FL pricing advertising restrictions, etc.).
Practical
Do I need a marketing person?
No. The system is designed to be deployed by an owner or front-desk lead. The Loom walkthroughs cover every step.
What if my booking software isn't on the list?
Trigger maps are included for Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, and Mindbody. The templates themselves are tool-agnostic and work with any booking software that supports SMS reminders + cancellation policies (most do).
Can I use this for multiple locations?
Yes for up to 4 locations. White-label/agency rights start at the $1,997 tier.
