Product Care
All products are handmade and therefore should be handled with care. Each product should come with product care instructions or they can be found on the individual product pages in our Shop. 

As a general rule, dyes should be hand washed separately from other items or dry cleaned. Leather or dyed products should avoid long exposure to the sun and wiped clean with a dry cloth. If you have certain questions, concerns, or feedback on how to care for your product that we don't address on this site or in your shipment, please email us at hello@shoprubina.com.


Payment
We accept major credit cards and paypal. Shoprubina.com is set up on Shopify.com, a PCI-compliant ecommerce platform, to process all payments and store data. Learn more here.


Shipping
All shipments are processed within 5 business days of your order. We ship USPS Priority Mail for all shipments in the US and Internationally.

Canada and Mexico US$ 15.00
Other international US$ 20.00

Returns
We are committed to maintaining a consistent level of high quality through every product. However, please note that all Rubina products go through a handmade process, whether it's the surface treatment or the entire product. Therefore all customers should realize that every product will vary slightly in color, pattern, and finishing. We think this is the best part of the product because you can see the artisans hand touch to everything we sell, and ensures that you're product is essentially one of a kind.

However, if you are not satisfied with a product or it is shipped to you in a damaged state, we ask that you return within 7 days of the shipping date.
