Every paid tier (Starter, Pro, Pro + Sprint, Agency White-Label) is covered by our 14-day refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, email support@shoprubina.com and we'll process a full refund.

After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

The 14-Day Sprint

Same 14-day guarantee. If you've attended the live calls and aren't seeing value, email us within 14 days and we'll refund.

Free products (No-Show Recovery Kit)

Free products have no refund policy because there's no payment to refund. If you don't find them useful, simply unsubscribe from our email list.

How to request a refund

Email support@shoprubina.com with your order number. We typically respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 3-5 business days.

What's not refundable

• Purchases older than 14 days (case-by-case after that)
• Agency White-Label tier after the white-label kit has been delivered (can be converted to Pro tier credit)
