Terms of Service

By purchasing a MedSpa AI OS product, you agree to the following terms.

License grant

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials at your own med spa or business. The Pro tier covers up to 4 locations under common ownership. The Agency White-Label tier extends rights to deploy the system at unlimited client locations.

What's included

The system contains templates, scripts, automations, prompts, and dashboards. It is delivered as a Notion hub, Google Sheets, and Loom videos. It is not software-as-a-service. You install and run the system on your own tools.

What's not included

• Done-for-you setup or implementation (the Sprint adds coaching but does not include implementation labor)
• Legal advice. Compliance materials are educational and reviewed for general use; consult your attorney for state-specific application.
• Medical advice or training. The OS is an operations system, not a clinical resource.
• Guarantees of specific revenue outcomes. Performance varies based on installation thoroughness and existing operations baseline.

Intellectual property

All MedSpa AI OS materials remain the intellectual property of MedSpa AI OS. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the materials except under the Agency White-Label tier (which grants commercial deployment rights to client sites).

Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the materials complies with HIPAA, FDA marketing rules, FTC advertising rules, state pricing-advertising regulations, and TCPA/CAN-SPAM rules in your jurisdiction. The Compliance Cheat Sheet bonus is educational and not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

MedSpa AI OS provides materials "as is." In no event shall MedSpa AI OS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the materials.
